Joe O'Donnell enters his 10th year at Pace as the University's
Director of Athletics. O'Donnell's responsibilities include
the overall management and operation of Pace University's Division
II athletics program that hosts 21 intercollegiate sports.
O'Donnell also oversees the intramural and recreational programs on
the University's Pleasantville and Manhattan campuses.
During his time at Pace O'Donnell has overseen the renovation of
Howard Johnson Hall on Pace's Briarcliff campus, which hosts
several coaches, meeting rooms, locker rooms and a training
room. In addition, Pace also opened the Ann & Alfred
Goldstein Health, Fitness & Recreation Center. O'Donnell
is also responsible for the initiation of the Pace Athletic Hall of
Fame and Setter Club booster organization.
Prior to Pace, O'Donnell held the postion of Director of
Athletics at The American University in Washington, D.C. and
Assistant Athletic Director at Wichita State University in Wichita,
Kansas and LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He has also worked for the Department of Recreation in Philadelphia
and was a varsity soccer coach and social studies teacher at Father
Judge High School in Philadelphia.
O'Donnell currently resides in Ossining, NY with his wife Marie.
Mike Winn is in his 2nd year as the Associate
Athletics Director and his 9th year with the Athletics
Department. Winn served as the head coach for the Pace
women's soccer team from the program's inception in 1998 until 2007
and for five years was the Assistant Athletics Director for
Facilities and Operations.
Winn's duties include the everyday operation of the five-year old
Ann & Alfred Goldstein Health, Fitness and Recreation
Center. Winn coordinates space rentals within the facility,
including all non-varsity sporting events. Winn has attracted
the New York State High School Wrestling and Boy's Basketball
Sectional Playoffs for the past three years.
Winn also sets forth objectives for membership growth, as Pace
houses a fully equipped fitness room that offers memberships to
Pace students, faculty, staff, alumni as well as people in the
Pleasantville community.
Winn's additional responsibilites include gameday operations for
all of Pace's varsity athletic teams.
Michelle Tozzi is entering her 2nd full year as the
Athletics Business Manager. Tozzi oversees all budget decision
for the Athletic Department's 19 varsity sports as well as all
expenditures involving the Pace Athletic Department Staff and the
Goldstein Health, Fitness and Recreation Center.
Tozzi is a 2001 graduate of Pace University with a B.S. in Business
Management, and was also a four-year member of the women's soccer
program.

Now-Allah James enters his fourth season as the Equipment
Manager and fifth overall working for Pace Athletics.
James served one year as the Assistant Facilities Manager for the
Goldstein Fitness Center. James' responsibilities include the
inventorying and ordering of all equipment and uniforms for
Pace's 19 varsity sports.
James is a former Pace University football letterwinner after
playing from 1996 to his graduation in 2000. A starter on the
Setters' offensive line, James served as a graduate assistant for
head football coach Greg Lusardi for the 2002 season.
James also has an extensive professional playing career
consisting of several years of arena and indoor
football experience. Most recently he was named an All-Star
for the New York/New Jersey Revolution of the Great
Lakes Indoor Football League in 2006.
In 2000, James graduated with a B.S. degree in Political Science
and in 2002 he earned a Master's degree in Public
Administration. During his time at Pace, James worked as a
Residential Director on the Pleasantville campus of Pace
University.

Bryan Norris is entering his second year as the
Director of Facilities/ Intramurals and Recreation. Norris will
oversee facility planning and scheduling, as well as staffing for
all home basketball and volleyball games. Norris will also
serve as the main contact for all membership activities for the
Goldstein Health, Fitness & Recreation Center.
Norris comes to the Pace Athletic Department from West Chester
University in West Chester, PA. Norris previously held the
position of Graduate Assistant for Recreation and Intramurals at
WCU. As an undergraduate, Norris served as the Student
Director of Intramurals and Recreation, while also working for the
West Chester University Sports Information Department.
Norris received a B.S. in Health and Physical Education in 2003
from West Chester and a M.S. in Athletic Administration in 2005
from WCU. While at West Chester, Norris was a four year
member of the university's track & field team, competing in the
100M, 4 x 100M and 200M events.
A native of Lancaster, PA, Norris now resides in Verplank, NY.

J.R. Pouncey is in his third year as the Assistant Facilities
Manager for the Goldstein Health, Fitness and Recreation
Center. Pouncey is a 2002 graduate of the University of
Massachusetts where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
Sports Business.
At UMass, Pouncey was a three-year captain and two-time First Team
Atlantic-10 All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honoree. He
was voted an NSCAA All-New England selection twice and was the
team's defensive MVP and overall MVP once each.
