ENRICK GARCIA WINS LEHMAN COLLEGE LIGHTNING CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL; TEAM PLACES SEVENTH
RIVERDALE, NY - The Pace University men's cross country team finished seventh in the 17-team field at the Lehman College Lightning Cross Country Invitational held at Van Cortlandt Park in Riverdale, NY over the weekend with 235 points. Suffolk Community College won the event with 48 points.
Leading the way for the Setters was junior Enrick Garcia (Moriches, NY/St. John the Baptist) who beat the field with an invitational-best time of 28:24. Classmate Kency Gilet (Nanuet, NY/Nanuet Senior) was the second Setter to cross the finish line with a time of 32:32; while sophomore Nick Molnar (Antioch, IL/Brunswick) was right on Gilet's heals with a time of 32:48.
Sophomores Mike Vitale (Mahopac, NY/Mahopac)

Regional) (36:23) rounded out Pace's afternoon.
