MEN'S SWIMMING FALLS, WHILE WOMEN DEFEAT LEHMAN COLLEGE
Grace, and Oberhauser shine as women roll

Bronx, NY- The Pace women's swimming team defeated Lehman College 107-74 on Saturday, while the men fell to Lehman College 126.5-87.5. Callie Grace (Dalton, MA/Miss Halls) and Chelsea Oberhauser (Cream Ridge, NJ/Notre Dame) each won 2 events for the Setters to help propel them to a victory.

In the 200-medley relay the team of Grace, Oberhauser, Erin Johanson (Wakefield, MA/Wakefield), and Laura Carvajal (Norwalk, CT/Brien McMahon) took first place with a time of 2:03.66. In the individual events, Grace had two first place finishes with wins in the 200 IM with a time of 2:25.19, and the 100 Breaststroke in 1:12.74. Oberhauser posted a pair of victories as well in the 100 Backstroke posting a time of 1:04.39, and in the 100 Butterfly with a blazing time of 1:05.56.

In men's action, the 200-medley relay the team of Craig McClintock (Valhalla, NY/Valhalla), Trevor Paugh (Wantage, NJ/High Point Regional), Will King (Oakdale, NY/Connetquot), and John Nelson (Cortlandt Manor, NY/Waller Panas) took first place with a blistering time of 1:53.97. In individual events, McClintock won two events of his own with a win in the 100 Backstroke, and the 200 Freestyle with a time of 2:00.10. Paugh did some solid swimming of his own earning himself two first place finishes as well in the 200 IM with a time of 2:11.84, and in the 100 Breaststroke.

Pace returns to the pool on Thursday, November 6 when they play host for their first home meet of the year in a tri-match vs. Mt. St. Mary and York College's. The meet is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m.
