D'AGOSTINI NAMED TO NE-10 VOLLEYBALL ALL-CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM
SOUTH EASTON, MA - Senior setter Ashley D'Agostini (San Diego, CA/Torrey Pines) has been named to the 2007 Northeast-10 Conference Volleyball All-Conference Second Team. D'Agostini was vital in helping lead Pace to a 9-5 record in the NE-10 (13-16 overall) and a third straight appearance in the conference tournament as the fifth seed, falling in the semifinals against eventual tournament champions Bryant University. D'Agostini was also named to the All-Tournament team averaging 12.17 assists in two Northeast-10 Tournament matches.
D'Agostini played in 23 of Pace's 29 games on the year, making 20 starts. She recorded a team-best 800 assists on the season, while totaling 114 kills, 245 digs, 28 total blocks and 23 service aces. D'Agostini ranked sixth in the conference in hitting percentage and eighth in assists.
D'Agostini finished her three-year Pace career with 2,480 assists, good for third all-time in school history.
D'Agostini also excelled off the court being named to the
NE-10 All-Academic Third Team as the Communications major has
accumulated a 3.61 GPA.
