LUDEWIG NAMED TO THE 2007 NE-10 WOMEN'S SOCCER ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
SOUTH EASTON, MA - The Northeast-10 Conference has announced the members of the 2007 Women's Soccer All-Academic Team. To be eligible for selection to the academic teams, a student-athlete must have met and/or exceeded the following minimum requirements: 1) participated in at least half of the team's competitions and be either a starter or significant contributor; 2) achieved a 3.2 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale); and 3) completed at least one academic year at his/her current institution. The Northeast-10 All-Academic Teams are chosen by a vote of the Northeast-10 Sports Information Directors.
Senior captain Kimberly Ludewig (Washingtonville, NY/Washingtonville) has been named to the 2007 Northeast-10 Conference Women's Soccer All-Academic Second Team. Ludewig has a cumulative GPA of 3.61 majoring in Marketing. This season, Ludewig has started in all 16 games, netting a pair of goals to go along with two assists for six points, tying her for second on the team in goals, assists and points. This is the second time that Ludewig has been named to the conference all-academic team as she was named to the second-team in 2006.
For her career, Ludewig currently ranks eighth all-time at Pace
in career points with 40, seventh in career goals with 13, fourth
in career assists with 14, tied for eighth in career games played
with 70 and sixth in career games started with 67.
